A validation token is sent to our server and verified with Cloudflare before a protected form is accepted.

6. Appointment Scheduling

Appointment scheduling may be provided through Koalendar.

When you use a Koalendar scheduling page, Koalendar may collect and process information such as:

your name;
email address;
selected appointment time;
time zone;
responses to booking questions;
technical and usage information.

Information submitted through Koalendar is also subject to Koalendar’s own privacy policy and terms. Koalendar may send appointment confirmations, reminders, calendar invitations, and related transactional communications.

Where legally required and technically supported, we will endeavor to recognize applicable browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, for processing that constitutes a sale or sharing under applicable law.

Our current confirmed use of Google Analytics is primarily for website measurement and reporting.
