  • server, security, and error logs.

2. How We Use Information

We may use collected information to:

  • respond to inquiries and requests;
  • prepare and deliver requested visibility scans, reports, or recommendations;
  • schedule and conduct consultations;
  • provide proposals, services, and customer support;
  • understand a business’s marketing or website needs;
  • operate, maintain, secure, and improve the website;
  • measure website traffic, engagement, and campaign performance;
  • identify technical problems, spam, fraud, and automated abuse;
  • improve website content, navigation, forms, and conversion paths;

  • establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.

We may combine information submitted through the website with information obtained during subsequent communications or from publicly available business sources.

3. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and interact with the website.

Google Analytics may collect information such as:

  • pages visited;
  • sessions and engagement events;
  • approximate geographic location;
  • browser and device information;
  • referring sources;
  • campaign information;
  • first-party cookie or device identifiers.

Google Analytics generally uses first-party cookies, including a cookie commonly named _ga, to distinguish users and sessions. Google Analytics uses Internet Protocol information during collection to derive approximate geographic information. Google states that IP addresses are discarded before being logged in GA4.

We use this information in aggregated or statistical form to evaluate website performance, understand traffic sources, and improve our content and services.

You may limit analytics collection by:

  • adjusting your browser’s cookie settings;
  • deleting stored cookies;
  • using browser privacy controls;
  • installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on where available.

The availability and operation of these controls are governed by Google and the applicable browser or device provider.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The website and third-party services may use cookies, local storage, scripts, pixels, tags, or similar technologies.

These technologies may be used to:

  • maintain website functionality;
  • remember preferences;
  • distinguish sessions;
  • measure website activity;
  • attribute visits to campaigns or referring sources;
  • protect forms and website infrastructure;
  • improve performance and security.

Blocking cookies may affect certain website functions. You can generally control cookies through your browser settings.

We may update the website’s analytics, advertising, or consent tools as our services and legal obligations change. Material changes will be reflected in this Privacy Policy.

5. Cloudflare Turnstile

We use Cloudflare Turnstile on certain website forms to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated bots, spam, and malicious activity.

Turnstile may evaluate technical and browser-related signals, including information about the browser environment, available web capabilities, interaction patterns, and other security indicators. A validation token is sent to our server and verified with Cloudflare before a protected form is accepted.

Cloudflare processes this information under its own terms, privacy documentation, and data-processing practices.

6. Appointment Scheduling

Appointment scheduling may be provided through Koalendar.

When you use a Koalendar scheduling page, Koalendar may collect and process information such as:

  • your name;
  • email address;
  • selected appointment time;
  • time zone;
  • responses to booking questions;
  • technical and usage information.

Information submitted through Koalendar is also subject to Koalendar’s own privacy policy and terms. Koalendar may send appointment confirmations, reminders, calendar invitations, and related transactional communications.

7. Website Forms and Communications

When you submit a form, the information may be:

  • transmitted by email to Equity Web Solutions;
  • stored temporarily or persistently in the website’s systems, database, server logs, or backups;
  • used to prepare a requested report or response;
  • retained as part of our business correspondence or lead records.

Submitting a form does not obligate you to purchase services and does not create a client relationship.

We may contact you in response to your request. We may also send a limited number of relevant follow-up communications concerning the service or issue about which you contacted us.

You may ask us to stop non-transactional communications at any time.

8. Advertising and Campaign Attribution

The website may receive visitors from search advertising, social media advertising, organic search, referral links, email, and other campaigns.

Links may contain campaign parameters or identifiers that help us understand which campaign, advertisement, or source led to a visit or submission.

At this time, confirmed website measurement includes Google Analytics 4. We may add, remove, or modify advertising and measurement technologies in the future. This Privacy Policy will be updated when a material change affects how personal information is collected or used.

9. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate the website or conduct our business, including providers of:

  • website hosting;
  • domain name and network services;
  • analytics;
  • spam and bot protection;
  • scheduling;
  • email delivery;
  • data storage and backups;
  • security and technical support;
  • professional, legal, accounting, or administrative services.

Service providers may process information only as necessary to provide services to us, subject to their agreements, policies, and applicable law.

We may also disclose information:

  • when required by law, subpoena, court order, or governmental request;
  • to investigate or prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, or unlawful activity;
  • to protect our rights, users, property, or safety;
  • in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, asset sale, restructuring, or transfer of the business;
  • with your direction or consent.

10. Sale and Sharing of Personal Information

Equity Web Solutions does not sell personal information in exchange for money.

Some privacy laws define “sale” or “sharing” broadly enough to include certain advertising, analytics, or cross-context behavioral advertising activities. Based on the currently confirmed implementation, we use Google Analytics for website measurement and do not knowingly use website-submitted contact information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

If our practices materially change, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any legally required choices.

11. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • respond to inquiries;
  • provide requested services;
  • maintain business and communication records;
  • evaluate marketing performance;
  • prevent abuse and maintain security;
  • comply with legal, tax, accounting, or contractual requirements;
  • resolve disputes and enforce agreements.

Retention periods vary based on the type of information, its purpose, legal requirements, and operational needs.

We may retain aggregated or de-identified information for a longer period when it no longer reasonably identifies an individual.

12. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

These measures may include:

  • HTTPS encryption;
  • access controls;
  • login protection;
  • spam and bot screening;
  • caching and security tools;
  • software updates;
  • server and account security practices;
  • backups and monitoring.

No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You provide information through the Internet at your own risk.

13. Your Privacy Choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to request that we:

  • confirm whether we process personal information about you;
  • provide access to certain personal information;
  • correct inaccurate information;
  • delete certain information;
  • provide a portable copy of certain information;
  • restrict or object to certain processing;
  • stop certain marketing communications;
  • explain the categories of information collected and disclosed.

These rights are subject to legal exceptions, verification requirements, and the applicability of the relevant privacy law.

To submit a privacy request, email:

Contact page

Please include “Privacy Request” in the subject line and provide enough information for us to identify the relevant records. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

14. California Privacy Rights

California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, when those laws apply to a particular business and processing activity.

Applicable rights may include:

  • the right to know;
  • the right to access;
  • the right to correct;
  • the right to delete;
  • the right to data portability;
  • the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information;
  • the right to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information;
  • the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising privacy rights.

These statutory rights apply only when the applicable legal thresholds and conditions are satisfied. Nothing in this section is intended to represent that Equity Web Solutions is subject to every provision of the CCPA or CPRA when the statutory thresholds do not apply.

California’s “Shine the Light” law may provide certain residents with rights concerning disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct-marketing purposes. We do not disclose customer personal information to unaffiliated third parties for their own direct marketing in exchange for payment.

15. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Signals

Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” signals. There is not currently a universally accepted technical standard governing how all websites must respond to those signals.

Where legally required and technically supported, we will endeavor to recognize applicable browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, for processing that constitutes a sale or sharing under applicable law.

Our current confirmed use of Google Analytics is primarily for website measurement and reporting.

16. Children’s Privacy

The website and services are intended for businesses and adults. They are not directed to children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information, and we will take reasonable steps to review and delete it where appropriate.

17. Third-Party Websites and Services

The website may link to third-party websites or services, including:

  • Koalendar;
  • Google services;
  • social networks;
  • client websites;
  • external resources.

We do not control the privacy practices, security, or content of third-party services. Their own privacy policies and terms apply when you visit or use them.

18. International Visitors

The website is operated from the United States. If you access it from another country, information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.

Privacy laws in those jurisdictions may differ from those in your location.

19. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in:

  • website functionality;
  • services;
  • data practices;
  • legal requirements;
  • analytics, security, or scheduling providers.

The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. We encourage visitors to review the policy periodically.
